Go to the search window above and type in the subject of your thread/s. It should bring up instances with those words.
You can also click on 'My Tools' and on the 'start' page in the third green column you can click on the link at the bottom that says "See More of my Recent Posts"
If you check/ed the box next to 'I want an email to be sent to me when anyone replies to this topic' at the bottom of your post you will receive an email when you get a response.
