Thanks for the replies..I do agree it isn't any fun to go alone and I lose interest fast going alone..I am very frustrated to say the least, haven't had as much weight loss as I want..Only an inch here and there, nothing significant that's for sure,I've been there since November 11th of last year...I really wish I could walk more but I have leg issues so that's kinda out...I am really at my wits end right now,but I will keep trying anyways...Thanks aging for replying to me...

I was a Curves member a couple years ago. The problem was that if you didn't have someone to go with it was not fun. It seemed that everyone came in with a friend or was an employee of one of the businesses that were in a challenge. It just didn't work for me. I find that simply going to my basement to do strength training and aerobic videos works best for me.

I was in Curves for about 5 months. Progress was super slow. I can say that it got me moving, but as far as weight loss - no. My mistake was not combining it with a nutritional plan. A lot of members went to Weight Watchers. I got frustrated with Curves because I wasn't seeing results. Then I started to take walks. It was fun to be outside and moving. Good luck with Curves.
