That is a great challenge. It is similar to what I do. I live in a small town. I can walk anywhere. I won't let myself get into the car for errands around town (unless it is too many groceries to carry).

Yesterday I walked to the store, today it is really windy and I don't have anywhere to go, but I will take a walk, just don't know where I'll end up except maybe around the block. Challenge is still on though.

If you are having a hard time getting in your cardio, like I do, I have a challenge for this week. Any where you have to go, being it not be umteen miles away, don't pick up the car keys or fish out bus fare. Walk, put on your headset and walk. I am following through by walking to the store to buy money orders then mail them off. I should be back in about an hour. It isn't a short walk.
