Hi Rebecca,
I just joined Sparks last week but haven't done anything but enter some food. I joined ediets just before I found out about Sparks and think I'll unjoin. I notice you lost a lot of weight. Great job! Did sparks help much? How'd you do it? I'm on spring break this week and plan to do some body work as well as house cleaning. I like your Einstein quote. Are you a vegetarian?

Hi I am 53 too. It is nice to meet you.
I am glad you quit smoking but I am sure it's frustrating to gain the weight.

Hi all,
Yes, I am new to this website.
I'm 53 years young and want to shed some poundage.
I quit smoking almost 7 months ago and gained weight back that I had just lost.
I'm not sorry about that as I am thrilled to be a non smoker!
I'd like to lose 30 pounds but know that 20 is more realistic.
I've been working out for 2 months with no weight loss but now I've added this website and am using the meal planner, tracker.
