Hi, I have a problem with my knees, elbows and finger joints. My Dr. told me to use a supplement - Glucosamine with Condroitin and MSM. It really helps. I ran out and didn't buy more for a couple of weeks and I couldn't even bend my knee at the end of the day without manually lifting my leg with my hand. I started the supplement back up and had immediate relief which gets better each day. It may not work for everyone, but it sure works for me!

The cycling is pain free for me because I have made sure to get my bike fitted to me. It makes all the difference in the world to have a fitted bike. I started slow and with short distances in my rides and slowly but surely added more miles. Now I can ride all day!

I am also 53 and was diagnosed with arthritis in both knees @ 5 years ago. If I don’t take my joint support supplements I can barely walk because the pain is so great! But I have been working towards improving my lifestyle over the last few years and I now ride my bike! Not just a few miles but I rode in the Amgen California Coast Classic last year, which was a 520-mile 8-day ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. I have found that exercise is the best thing I can do for my arthritis. Last Saturday I rode 45 pain-free miles with a fun group.

I've heard from friends that water aerobics are great for people with arthritis, or for those who have trouble doing other types of exercise.

Good evening Griff, Yes your arthritis will get better.
When I first started my weight loss Journey , I could
not hardley walk up the stairs at work, Had to brace
my self when I would get up out of the chair before
walking. My legs would give out from under me!!Iam
so happy to report no problems since I have lost weigh.
Workout at curves, walk 5miles 4 to 5 times a week.
Wish you luck and hang in there, it will get better.
Have a great evening.
