Okay I just went to the Nutrition page and right next to the heading (Nutrtion) it has a place to click for How do I use this page. It has a basic explanation of it, which I don't know if it will help or not lol. It seems good to me but I understand how to do it, if I didn't I don't know. Do you do the meal plan they have for you. I don't, so I clicked Don't Show Meal Plan at the top of the food list spot. That makes it blank. I hope this helps, wish I were a better explainer. I know how to do it, just not how to tell someone to do it.

It is worth it to figure out the food tracker. It is good to see how many calories you have had, good or bad. I can't explain how to do it, but there is probably something in that page that explains it. Don't you just hate it when you still have the baby fat after all that time. My youngest will be 21 next week so I know what you are saying. I will see if I can find an explanation for the food tracker and get back to you on it

tracking my food on this web site is difficult I can not figure out how to do that which tab or where to add the food. and it has been forever my daughter is 21

Don't know how much you have lost up to this point but let me say that the last 20 is probably the hardest to lose. I have found that it takes forever. Just use the message boards, track your foods (thats a big one I think) and get your exercise and it will come off. You just have to stay positive, which can be hard.

thanks for that I am starting to see how the message board helps. it is like an outside reminder of what to do and that is definetly one thing i struggle with.

this is my first entry again lol I have not tried online suppport, however i am open to anything that will take this last roll off.
