Go ahead - eat something.....but eat something good for you. Slice up an apple - really thin so you can eat it slowly and satisfy that hand-to-mouth thing (about 80 calories plus a lot of good nutrients). Eat snap peas (1.25 cup for 35 calories) Try dried fruit or popcorn...
Look in the Resource Center for the article on Healthy Snacks.
Try anything other than the usual chips or candy. If you deprive yourself of EVERYTHING, you are much more likely to give up and grab something that will totally blow your plan....BUT....if you do blow it, say "RATS", call it a vegetable and do better tomorrow.

Have a Big glass of water and if that doesn't work try a piece of fruit. I don't know where you are on your calories for the day, but if you have some room for a snack go for it, although it is almost dinner time unless you are in the west lol

Man i need HELP!!! My stomach is telling i'm HUNGRY,lol.I want 2 eat. Anyone have any advise 4 me.Someone please help Kay
