You know, I used to have the same problem. I don't ignore the cravings, but try to satisfy them by making room for them in my calorie count. I eat chocolate pudding, or skinny cow individual ice cream bars. I used to have to eat something every single night for a snack. Usually I turned to regular ice cream with lots of chocolate syrup or cookies or something else equally bad. Now, since I've been eating better during the day, the cravings are not as strong and I make a choice to have an orange or an apple for something sweet. Another BIG thing is try to keep those kind of things OUT of the house. It's a challenge, but it can be done.

what is a person to do when you crave sweet carbs, like chocolate. My biggest enemy is MM peanuts. I have found my self sleep walking at night looking for them lovely sweet carbs. does anyone have awnsers?
