I'm going to start a numbered list here and see if others will add to it. Losing weight takes a lot of resolve, means trying new things and giving up old favorites, making new habits, developing the will not to reach for that second helping. Here are some things that make it worthwhile all along the way. Now you add some.
1. Discovering that a blouse that's been too tight fits again or that a pair of jeans fits again.
2. Leaving a restaurant and realizing that it really feels better not to be overstuffed.
3. Seeing the scales drop down again after a frustrating plateau.
