| Crystal Light Raspberry Ice is a fav of mine too. As I have gotten older I have noticed that I need to stay away from the carbination in soda. I am also a Diabetic so the no or low sugar-calorie stuff is great.

| I like the ocean spray cranraspberry light or sugar free or whatever it is. They have also just come out with one that is only 5 calories but I haven't seen it in the stores where I live. Just seen it advertised on tv. Other than that Crystal light. Seems to be the hands down winner.

| I have tried the Crystal Light. The lemonade does help cut thirst.. haven't tried Propel. Figure I balance out extra cost by all the chips and cookies and soda I DON'T drink, so I'll give it a try next trip to Walmart. thanks

| Hi there I have started drinking the Propel waters. Many of them have calcium and I like the flavors it comes in. Melon is my personal favorite. It is like honeydew melon in a bottle. A bit of an expense but I just promisr myself that for every bottle I drink I will match it with a bottle of water. They also sell it at Sam's and Costco by the mixed case. if it helps to know ....I gave up soda and lost 10 pounds.

| I'm now full blown osteoporosis, and so I've given up soda completely since it's a proven bone-killer. I can't find anything that cuts my thirst like it. Any suggestions? Also, anyone take Boniva and have a weight gain?
