hello, my name is nancy and i too am going thru pre menopause, but of course not according to my Dr.I have hot flashes,mood swings you name it I've got it. Talk about wt gain OH my god it is awful once over 45 its all down hill. Just thought you might not want to go at it alone,so I'm hear if you need an ear.
