Good Morning,
Just a note on further access to those core exercises. You can also click on the 'Resource Center' tab and then go to "Fitness". This website does have lots of options. Best of success!

You sound like me with the midsection problem. I'm taking Rebeccas advice and heading for the fitness tab for some suggestions.
By the way, I used to be from Ohio a long time ago. Still have a couple of relatives there. Made a trip a couple of years ago...sure all looked nice!

Hello Kattee,
Click on the 'Fitness' tab when you are on your home page and you will find lots of exercises. They are demonstrated and grouped by areas. You will find lots of choices for the abdominal area.
I still do crunches, reverse crunches and crunches with a twist to maintain my 26 inch waist. (When I started my waist was almost the mid 30's)
