| I do have to say that being over 50 has some real advantages. My favorite restaurants offer a discount LOL Like I need to eat out. Oh, and don't forget my kids have kids so I get to watch them struggle like I once did. :-) Ahhhhhhhhh sweet revenge and grandkids are Great!

Fifty seven here and don't feel it at all. I'm in better health than in a long time. Went through a spell where I thought I was over the hill. Since being at SP, I have found life is just beginning. Elaine

| 58, heading for 59 here! and loving every minute of it. feel better now than I did 30 yrs ago, and although I'm still trying to lose some weight, I'm HAPPY with myself...something that I can't say for my younger years. when I turned 50, I suddenly felt good in my skin and my only regret is that it took me so long to get to this point!

| I can relate. Happy almost Birthday. I like to celebrate my birthday's as my Personal New Year and your's is so very close to a New Year anyway. I sort of just marvel at how nice it is to be whole and robustly healthy.

Precisely! I have adopted the policy of being "ageless". I say I have a birthday, but not an age. That number (especially as it keeps growing larger) just does not match up with the true me!

| On Friday I shall be 58 years of age. This is an interesting time for me as I don't feel old, or fat, or irrelevant. How many of you can relate to this?
