Welcome JOYCES7! You've come to a wonderful resource of information and support. It took me a while to get the hang of how to use all of the tools on this site, but that's been fun for me.
A couple of suggestions: 1) The Nutrition Tracker has a feature that provides a week's worth of menus and a grocery list to go with it, so you're sure to be eating well balanced meals and snacks.
2) Check out the Resource Center to get ideas on exercise. One of the newer ideas is that you only need about 10 minutes a day of a good program - and you can do this in the privacy (and safety) of your own home. I enjoy videotapes/dvd's that I use in the morning before work while I'm still in my pj's!
3) Patience. I figure I put it on slowly so I need to take it off slowly while I learn new habits.
