S is for slowly but steady.
Hi Rose! Dont worry, I ve been there! First week 6 lbs gone and then I reached a plateau (same weight 4 weeks). I just kept doing the right things (portions/exercise) and now I am losing 1 pound a week.
It will take longer to reach my goal but I will, for sure. And you will too! So never give up!!!

Hi Ceebee,
Thanks for the offer to share the thread. So how are your weight loss efforts going? I have been stuck since June. I know that if I just keep working at it and learning more about myself and relationship with food it will start to come off.
Some days it is hard to keep at it with so little results.
