Good for you Beverly for finding a way to get your exercise in. The more natural the exercise fits into your life the more regularly you will do it.
Good luck with the rest of your journey. Rose

I started different floor exercises years ago but I forgot about them. This time I've been doing them off & on for about a 2 months. I really like doing them in bed watching TV b/c my mind is on the show & not on the exercise. I think I got myself trained now b/c when I get in settled, I start exercising without thinking about it. I do think about form tho. Cardio is what I have problems with. I get bursitis etc. Bev

I really don't like ANY exercises. I'll do them reluctantly, especially if I see how needed they are (and believe me, they ARE needed) but I don't look forward to doing them. Cardio I love. I just wished I liked all of it. Doing them in front of the tv would save time, too. How long have you been doing this? And do you have to beat yourself over the head to do them?

I do the side ones. I also do the 1/2 stomach crunches. I put my hands on my diaphram & with my knees bent & lift my head & shoulders. I also do others, it's not difficult to do when I am watching TV. Bev

I do that also, although I'll admit preferring leg lifts while standing.

| That's great! I used to do leg lifts on the floor too, although they were NOT my favorite exercise, LOL, especially after the first few. I had forgotten about those. Are you doing the side lifts or the ones on all fours?

When I was younger, I spent a lot of time on the floor for 1 reason or another. While there, I did leg lifts & other floor exercises which I had forgotten I did until a couple of weeks ago. I have begun to do them in bed while watching TV at night. Last night I did 50 leg lifts w/each leg. The bed is much softer than the floor. I also do other exercises. Bev
