I started again. I will go back to the class in the fall and do it all over again. I have been told it takes the average person 7 times to quit. This last time was my 3rd. I'm thinking 4 will do it.

Spices always help and it's a way to liven up the things you eat. I do very little cooking and a lot of the things I eat are both bland and fast. You'd be surprised what a dash of cayenne pepper can do to wake it up.

Hi everyone i am new to this site and desperate to lose weight after a health scare. I am not able to exercise at the moment so i just want to eat healthier. I am not able to eat a wide range of food stuffs just at the moment and am mainly eating soups. Can anyone come up with any easily digested recipies for me as i am at a bit of a loss at the moment and so far my meals are boring, bland and I am not looking forward to meals at al and am constantly hungry.
