Well Dean good advice. I got up this morning and ate some oatmeal, skim milk and raisins so got a better start then just fruit. Will probably feel better all day. Will make this my goal to work on for the next few weeks until it becomes a habit. This site is so helpful. Nice to have someone out there to give quick answers right away.

Thanks Dean for the article. It gave me some great ideas. My problem is that I have never been a breakfast eater and just getting started on eating that is the place I need to increase the most. Thanks for the reminder how important that meal is. I will work on that solution this week.

Hi, L

It's important not to short yourself on calories, and getting a good breakfast is a great way to jump start your metabolism and get it in high gear for the day. So start there, and see if you can add in enough calories earlier in the day to keep yourself within your recommended range.

Here's an article with some more ideas:

Calorie Boosting Tips.

Hope this helps.

I am having a hard time using up all my calories. By dinner I have been so good I am way under my calories for the day and don't want to get into a habit of over eating at night to get all my calores in. Guess I need to add more to day meals. Never knew I would have this problem. LOL
