Night is the worst for me by far ! Some time I eat my dinner later which shortens the evening. I have heard from different articles that a calorie is a calorie no matter when you have it. Popcorn is also fairly low (no butter of course) you can even get single serving packages now and nibble on that in the evening.

Had a binge night last night so not feeling very good about myself this morning. Calories weren't to badly over goal but happens a couple times a week. Think it is because I am trying to hard. Started today ok with my water, exercise and will try and watch it better today to make up for calories I over did yesterday. Night time infront of the TV is my hard time. How about the rest of you. How do you control it between dinner and bed time.
