Had a binge night last night so not feeling very good about myself this morning. Calories weren't to badly over goal but happens a couple times a week. Think it is because I am trying to hard. Started today ok with my water, exercise and will try and watch it better today to make up for calories I over did yesterday. Night time infront of the TV is my hard time. How about the rest of you. How do you control it between dinner and bed time. Linda
