i made a recipe today that was really good. 1 cup brown rice (cook rice in microwave until done) 1 cup red bell pepper 1 cup yellow bell pepper 1/2 cup red onion 1/4 cup yellow onion 1 cup celery 1 tablespoon soybeam oil 2 cups oriental vegatables 4 Tablespoons low salt soy sauce
Put oil in fry pan,add celery,red onion,yellow onion cook cook 3 minutes add oriental vegatables cook for 3 minutes. Add Bell peppers cook for 2 minutes. Make sure vegatable are crispy, do not over cook.
Once everything is cooked add rice to skillet and 4 tablespoons of low salt soy sauce. Stir and let set for 2 to 3 minutes.
Optional; Add diced chicken breast.
