Glad to see you back Aunt Bee!

I kind of lost my motivation, but bought the Walk Away the Pounds book--it has the CD included for like $13 at Target. Best investment I've made in me in a long time. I'm ready to rock and roll again!

I'm just working on the next 10 pounds--13 of which I just put back on during my inert phase. commonnnn, we can do it!

Hello there, I am back, I am down a pound from the last weight in. That is not saying much, I was up for a while but hadn't posted the gain.
I am 335... still have 35 pounds to lose for this year.

Hi Aunt Bee I can relate. I started spark because it seemed like the best thing for me. I love my computer, but I need to keep things in perspective. I need to log in, track my food, etc and get outside to walk! Last week it was very hot and muggy, but I started to use that as an excuse. Time to focus on a more productivelife. cj

Have been enjoying having, my friends come over to paint and do crafts. Been good for us all. I have not done much weight wise. But want to, now I just have to make it happen instead of wishing.

My email buddy has lost 146 pounds. Told her if I don't get busy she is going to catch up with me. She is around 400 pounds now. I am so very proude of her.
She has been working with the hospital and a doctor to lose her weight. For medical reasons.

Aunt Bee I am 339 -336 some where in there.

HAVEN'T BEEN PERFECT THIS WEEKEND
BUT STILL FEEL I HAVE A GOOD CHANCE FOR A LOSS IN WEIGHT.

Monday of the same week, I weighted 348. Had water weight build up.
I did lost weight Thursday the 19th. Was 335
been a year or more since I weighted that weight.

I went heavy on the corn bread, the day before yesterday, hope to stil have a loss on Monday.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE, HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT DAY AND A WONDERFUL WEEKEND. WE WILL BE ON vacation ONCE RON COMES HOME TO NIGHT. GOING TO RAIN MOST OF THE WEEK I HEAR. WELL WE WILL FIND SOMETHING TO DO. WANT TO GET THE KITCHEN READY TO BE PAINTED.

HAVE TO BUY RODS WHERE WE CAN HANG UP THE CURTAINS I SEWED.
I WANT TO MAKE LAMP SHADES FOR THE family ROOM, TO MATCH THE KITCHEN CURTAINS, JUST BECAUSE, I WANT TO SHOW THE GIRLS WHAT CAN BE DONE, TO MATCH, THINGS ONE HAS SEWED. THAT WILL BE A NEXT MONTH PROJECT. I HAVE NEVER DONE THAT BUT I REMEMBER MY MOTHER DOING IT.

Well, I seem to be keeping up, on my food intake, cut back, on alot of things.

I have a good feeling that I am on my way to goal. It is a long road, glad to have friends, to travel, that long road.

This morning, is cold and I have to get a jacket on, have to fix breakfast, it is almost 9 am.

Want to drop 10 this month, put me at 340... any extra will be a gift from God.

Well write more later.

I have to really work hard making sure I drink my water, I don't all ways get thirsty until I am in trouble.

I have reached my goal several times during my life, so I know what it takes to do this. But mentally it takes a bit of soul searching, to get back on track.

How's the water coming Aunt Bee?

I started with over a hundred to lose, but am down below that now. Whether it is a 100 or 20, it all involves the same commitment to make healthy choices over, and over, and over, and over, and over again.
Doing good for one day needs to be added to doing good another day and another, and another, and another, and another.
When I lost my motivation by reaching one goal, it took a while to get back on track. But if we really look at this as a journey(some will remember this from Oprah), then do your best, enjoy the journey, and release all attachment to what is to come. When I focused again on enjoying the journey, I was able to get back on track. Just to be living a healthy life is reward in itself!

I'm with you Aunt Bee, let me know how you are doing!

I haven't been drinking my water as I should. So I am retaining water have to dig in and drink my water in order to have a loss on Monday's weigh in.

Have had a great week, enjoyed sewing on my new used sewing machine. Made curtains, for the extra bedroom and started Kitchen curtains/

Have stayed on my food plan better that I have in months, so I am hoping for a loss.

To day, the weather is wet, cold. I got very spoiled with all the weeks of nice weather we have had here in Clark Co. WA

We all have a spoiled child within, we just need to teach it the fun in exercise! kids always are moving, so if we let our child out to play, we can be moving too!
I just noticed yesterday that the exercise is working--I walked to pick up a sandwich at lunch and coming back up the hill wasn't as nearly as hard as last week.

I enjoyed my outing to Good will. Bought some bargins, was pleased with my self, visited with Debbie and her daughter, at Value Villiage. Was glad I had my wonderful walker with the seat on it. Was able to seat down when my body got shakey, from being on my feet standing so long.

Hope that the exercise kick's in an help me become able to do more real soon. I want it now! ha

Hi, this my second week so far doing ok, but still eating too much protein. Look like everything is high on the protein list. Have any ideas? I have a large amount to loss. Don't want to think about the total amount, just one day, one week at a time. Thanks for being there.
