A123CECE4 I am in a wheelchair full time and have found some DVD and tapes for armchair aerobics that many of the exercises are good for the waist. That might be useful to you. Gloria

| welcome......might suggest the twist, but watch the amount of swing so kness can take it. My spouse has two replacment knees and seems to handle it ok, but started slowly and worked way up to it. I have a bad back, and I also do twist, and again worked up to it slowly.

| I do exercises in the pool everyday. I do them for 45 minutes. I am losing inches in various areas. MY big problem point is my stomach and middle section. I am limited in my actavities. I can ride my three wheeler for a while but I cannot walk. I have a bad knee and bad back. I only have 40% lung capacity. I heard of this ab lounger do you think it would be good for me.
