Hi all, I am a morning person, but I am getting up later since the time change. Then there aren't enough hours left in the morning. I'm so confused.

I have a hard time getting used to this time change--not a morning person!!!!

Changing to day-light-savings time has my body clock all goofed up.. You wouldn't think moving the clock one hour ahead could make me this sleepy.. ann

| I walked everyday this week for an hour. On Thursday I was just going to rest my eyes for a few minutes and woke up an hour later. I think it was all that fresh air. Lets face it, we're just not use to it.

There are times that a nap is just the best thing for us.

Worked out this morning and my legs felt like jelly,but I felt good. That my 4th time this week + Tae Bo power workouts. For some reason this afternoon I'm tired. Fell asleep on the couch and slept 2hrs, felt good but I'm still tired......Maybe it has something to do with my snacking orlack of. I've stopped buying & eating those low cal snacks. I can never eat just 1, so I know I can't keep them in the house. I'll eat some fruit instead. Hope everyone has a healthy eating weekend
