| Correcting an error I made on last post. I actually lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks and was down another today. So I am going into phase 2 with a 3 pound loss.

Four weeks and three and a half pounds on Spark People. So, much easier to track this way, that makes 8 pounds down in 2006!!

If your not sure about the serving size,just eat 1/2 of it,you'll be safe.

| Just finished week 3, and down 5lb. I think walking has helped. I'm having a hard time with what they consider a serving size! :)

Well, I am almost done the first two weeks. Lost no weight, but the good thing is that I didn't gain any either.

| I did a week in Stage One, and then two in Stage Two...starting my fourth week, and I've lost 6 lbs. Of course the dieting is part of it, but I'd bet I wouldn't have lost an ounce just watching what I ate. I have to exercise, and I'm sweating for those pounds, but getting addicted to it.

Well, I made it two weeks, and lost 5 #. Yea... How are you all doing and what week are you in,ect?
