We're pulling for you Grannyb, You 've got a great attitude! Keep it up and you'll find success. I also agree that you should take small steps. I've done the "change everything all at once" deal and it doesn't last. You soon burn out and are back to old habits. Just pick a few habits to change and stay with them until you can pick up a couple more and go the distance. You'll make it!! We are all going to make it. This is a wonderful website and they have helps for every problem. Go Grannyb!!!!

Hi Paula and welcome back. What a wonderful attitude you have, not even waiting for Monday, you go girl. I always think the best way to start anything is with a clean house, what is that?

Karen, using more energy in my work-out is my goal for this next week.

Grannyb1,

Good for you to be motivated again! Don't make the changes so great you can't stick to them; concentrate on a few new habits and build from there; add new healthy things as you see success!!!

Karen
(I eat ok but don't work out with enough energy; that's what I'm working on now.)

Well I am going back to the beginning and starting all over. I have not had the greatest of luck so far. I have got to get my mind wrapped around this. We are having so much stress here at my house right now and I am a stress eater. I also am a nighttime eater (after everyone else has gone to bed) This is just not working. So my plan today is to go back to the beginning, set new goals, do new fastbreaks, clean this house out of garbage, set new rules, new ways to handle strees, visualize a thinner, healthier me (instead of always thinking fat, fat, fat. And I am not waiting until Monday to do this.....it is right now and right here...wish me luck and any tips you have might help Grannyb
