Thanks so much for the boost.......I had my blood pressure checked today, and it was the best it has been in a while. So, I will plug along, and focus on the healthy benefits first.

If you were not eating enough calories before, it will take a little while for your body to realize that it's not in starvation mode, and that it's okay to start losing weight. So I would give it at least a few weeks. I know it's scary, but in the end you're doing this in a healthy way that's going to allow you to lose weight long term.

Hi people, I am new here, and so far, love everything about it. I am use to eating only 1-2 meals a day. Now, I am told I have been starving my body, and need more calories. Ok.....I have been eating more, but my weight is going up!!! HELP
