Have you tried walking outside ? It seems to be a mood-lifter for many of us as well as good exercise. When I first started I could only walk a couple of blocks and it wasn't long before it turned into several miles. Vary your routes and see different things.

Hi everyone,

This is my third time of coming on board. The last time I only journaled my nutrition for about three or four days. I'm in the same spot as I was before. I really hope the third times a charm .

I'm still 53 until this coming October. I haven't lost any weight and can't get motivated to exercise. This is my second day of journaling and I REALLY want to make a change. I also printed some things off the computer for exercises and have plenty of things like a jump rope, a big ball, a hula hoop, and lots of stairs so I guess I don't have any excuse not to do something.
I do still have a problem with depression and have a hard time getting motivated.
I hope keeping a journal and sending messages to all of you will help.
Well thanks for all of you being out there. It helps to have people who can relate to the same things I struggle with.
I'll write again soon. Hope everyone is doing well.
