TWOSTAMPLADIES -
You are on a journey to a healthier you! I find it hard to eat as much as required and have decided that maybe it is because I am small boned and short but plump! So walking seems to be helping. Laurie already invited you to the walking Club and I see you have posted in there, it is GreaT to have new people join us!

Are you finding your way around the boards ok? Are you using the SP menus or are you listing foods you eat separately? Even if you list separately you can still browse for a new recipe from SP or just get ideas for making something new!

I would love to join how do I do that ?? The Two Stamp Ladies are myself and my 10 year old daughter -- yes I am over 50 I had her when I was 43.

Two stamp - That's fantastic! Stick with it, it just keeps getting easier.

Would you like to join our walking club thread? It's a great way to get low impact cardio and limber up too. The thread is on the Over 50 board here.

I find that when I eat within the calorie range I actually can lose weight. At first I thought -- oh no -- I can't eat that much food. Heavens I would gain and gain -- but I find that somehow my body must have needed the calories. I have been on this program for a little over a week and I find that each day gets easier and I feel like I have more energy.
