Thank you, Denise. I was just wishing for an offline, hard copy of stuff, especially overviews/pictures as there are multiple levels of what's where (I am finding my way around, great, and love the extra "surprises" of finding a new place I haven't been to yet this first week but then, if I want to find it again. . . :-) Something with arrows would be wonderful, LOL.
Too, I'd like a place to write notes, helpful Web addresses, etc. Maybe some sort of a second "blog"?I'm an experienced Web researcher and get info from all over but it's hard to coordinate all that sometimes. Maybe you just need to add a Web Post-It note option/advertisement from 3M :-)
BA - On your start page, at the bottom there is a link for printable resources where you can print tracker pages to go: http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/printable.asp.
hope this helps!

CV - Thanks for the suggestion! The Getting Started Guide listed on your start page may be helpful for you: http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/get_started.asp.
Also, at the top of the page there is a button to Spread the Spark. On there, there are some business cards and flyers that you can print: http://www.sparkpeople.com/community/spread_the_spark.asp.
Hope this helps!

That sounds like a pretty good idea. I especially like the "business cards" idea. I also think it would be cool if it had special food journal and Nutrition Tracker pages for on-the-go tracking.

I wish there were a spiral or ring binder "manual" one could buy that gives the basics of SP and how it works and parts/"maps" LOL and had perforated "business cards" one could hand to friends and acquaintances to spread the spark?
It could be financed by the major advertisers and have ads and coupons from LeanCuisine, Nexium, Jeep, hotels/motels, etc. just like the site.
If it were a binder, updates could be purchased or included (would keep people interested or might re-interest people who had drifted away and would have a recipe section, etc. that could later be expanded into a book of its own. . .
