If you have foods, recipes, or meals that you have frequently, you can use your tracker to set those up so that all you have to do is click on the name you give your meal, and all the information will be entered on your tracker. You can use your favorites list, your food groups, or the recipe site to do this.

Hope this helps.

I often spend a little time "assembling the components" of a home cooked meal or dish which we may have several days in a row. a "cut and paste" would be a real time saver.

I have added the nutrition info of "assembled snacks" like a serving (15) of Kashi TLC 7 grain crackers plus a serving of Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp) so that they appear as a single snack entry to use in the evening to even up my daily calories.

Maybe a function or micro could be set up so that you could highlight a meal or several items in a day's list to be duplicated the next day.

It's not possible now to import a whole day's info from one day to another, but we're looking into it to see if might be possible in the future.

Hope this helps.

Is there a way to import the same foods as the previous day?
