what about a simple tracker that keeps tracks of Protein, fat, dairy, fruit, veggie {yes, i know its already there}, grains/breads/legumes?
then people can just check off the amount or go up like the fruit & veggie check thingy that we have :)
Whatcha think?

You can turn the meal plans off and track your own food using the add a food button in the nutrition tracker. Also, there is a grocery list button on the nutrition tracking page for that too.

The fruits and veggie counter is still there, I just added it today on mine. It shows up beside the glasses of water on my nutrition - meals page
Also you can track sleep as under "other goals". I set my goal as 6 hours and it keeps a chart for me

I have an idea.
When a person subscribes to the Spark Diet, your meals are laid out for you in advance, portion sizes and everything and all you have to do is use a check mark to indicate that you ate that item. SO EASY! BUT I don't use it, mostly cos I think the diet is not in line with how I need to eat. So I was thinking what if there was a meal planning section for those of us that want to pre-plan our our meals, say, a week in advance or more, and then we could have the option to just check off what we ate, also, maybe a link to a grocery list? Is this possible? It would make my life so much easier. I could preplan and be completely on base with my macros. Totally appreciate everything you do.
I also think the sleep meter is a fantastic idea. What happened to the fruits and veggies meter?
