Thanks! It's not easy, let me tell ya! But I'm trying to stick with it as best I can and it's coming off slowly, which is the healthiest way to go.

I totally agree that setting small goals is much more manageable. I got very frustrated looking at the big picture of wanting to lose 50 pounds, but I am breaking it down by 10 pounds. I don't get so stressed out and I haven't given up and it's been about 3 weeks now and I'm still on track. I have lost 7 already and am almost to my first goal! YIPPY!

Don't give up!!

My friend used LA Weightloss to help her lose the weight. It worked for her. Some people have success with Weight Watchers. All in all what is most important is that you stick with it and the weight will come off.
Good luck reaching your goals. You can do it!

Don't think of it as a large amount of weight, Break it down in 5 or 10 pound segments and concentrate on 1 segment at a time.
Good Luck!!!!

With a little willpower and determination, you can do ANYTHING that you put your mind to!
One of my long-time friends has been overweight since she was a child. She never talked much about it, other than when someone else tried weight watchers or a diet, she would comment "I could never do that".
About a year ago, she decided to give it a go. I have to tell you that she did it! She set small goals at first (10 pounds, then another 10, then her goal was 50....then 100). She ended up losing 125 pounds!!!! I am so proud of her, she has more will power and determination than anyone that I know.
You can do this! We all can. It may not happen overnight, or even in a month....or even 6 months. But if you keep at it, you can and WILL reach your goals!!!

Of course you can!!! You just have to believe in yourself and then make it happen!

Concentrate on making the baby steps towards your goals. Just because you have gained some weight doesn't mean that you've failed at the game. It's your turn now to make the changes!!

You can do it!
