Sorry to overtake a thread, but I saw your message and I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to ask this question.
Sapatrani, Do you have any ethnic receipes you could share with me? My husband spent 3 weeks in India for work last July and just fell in love with the food. I would love to be able to surprise him with something!!! (he really enjoyed the goat, but I'm not even sure where we could get something like that around here).
I see you live in Philadelphia, we live in East Norriton near Norristown/Blue Bell (where the Turnpike meets the NE Ext.

When you click Track Cardio, it takes you to your My Plan page, but should also give you a second "pop up" window to track your cardio. Are you not getting this? If you are not, you can also try the link to track cardio on the My Plan page. Sorry for the inconvenience. Also, if you write support, make sure to give them your username so they can better help you out.

I can't log my cardio for the day - takes me to my "plan" instead - cannot contact sparkpeople, put wrong nfo in email request (don't really know the nfo they are asking for, made my best gues) and cannot correct it. Anybody know how to get out of the "plan" loop?
