| Ok...that makes sense. Just thought it would be easier the other way & the leader of our team & me, her asst. leader, get along well & have said if you see something to add to, go ahead & add it. But in general I DO see your point. Thanks.

I could see this getting confusing as the post would have the original poster's name on it. You'd get into arguments of "But you said ..." "No I didn't".
The ideal is obviously then that if the assistant sees something that needs changing, they Sparkmail the TL, who edits their post to add it in.

| It would be nice if team leaders & asst. leaders could add to each other's topic for the members benefit. They would not have to have the capacity to delete the other's comment, just add to it. Like if the team leader says A B & C in a topic & forgot to put D & E in, then the assistant leader could add to this entry without having to make a reply to it. Members may be looking quickly at something & not have time to read additional replys.
