It's really strange... no matter what I do, I can't get my calorie range (or any other nutrient for that matter) to update when I lose weight. I've lost 17 pounds and that did nothing to my range. I also tried upping my time line and decreasing it and my goals always remain the same. I've heard that SparkPeople automatically updates that info for you, so I think there might be something wrong with it on my program. I hope I didn't check off somewhere that I don't want sparkpeople to change my goals because when I enter my new weight it tells me I have to change everything manually but I don't have any clue as to how much to lower my nutrition goals. Does anyone have any suggestions on this?
