Don't worry about those quizes because they can't cover all the possibilities. I felt it didn't do me justice either, but I don't think that matters. The important thing is that you do look at your eating style and think about it yourself.
Skipping meals is never a good thing. You are much better having 6 smaller ones. Do look at the nutrition section for more advice.

Eat small meals throughout the day. Breakfast was my hard one. I didn't want to even eat til lunch, but when I started eating breakfast I felt better and I did not get near as hungry during the day.

I just took this quiz that analyzed me and I felt it wasn't quite fair the breakfast question what I couldn't tell you was I don't like butter and syrup I like hot fresh fruit in it's natural juices or spices like ginger, nutmeg,and cinnamon and then for the rest of the day I don't want to eat anything until dinner. Or I skip breakfast and lunch and just eat dinner and I,m still ooh.Sincerely closer
