| Hi Cmann, I like your tip cos I'm driving myself crazy using the weighing scales every time I use the bathroom! I've started using a different bathroom so I don't have to see it!

| I used to weigh in daily til I reached my goal and now I weigh in on a weekly basis.

daily weighing is reassuring if your taught why it is used under maintance and understand how the body can reacts when re-adding foods back into your diet. I have not had alot of foods for 2½ years, so I write down any huge swings and then take about if think if they are really worth keeping efter large disappointments. What works bad for me, may be okay for the next, there are no set rules in the game... The last time I did this was trying to re-introducing a canned mushroom soup, this experiment didn't go so well and I felt really jaded for a whole week.

Frankly, I find a daily weigh in very reassuring, and so do many.
The tip is great for those that really focus on that number and stress out when it goes up. But for many others, daily weigh-ins are best.
It's just such a personal journey we're all on! :)

| I agree. I stopped weighing everyday because it can be so frustrating.
