"May I suggest you add an 'edit' function to the my nutrition tracker. Sometimes I just want to change the portion and the only option is to delete."

actually, that's not true. you can click on the food you've added and a window opens where you can change the portion size or the meal designation. the fact that the added food is a link is not obvious - i think i was here over a year before i figured that out.

"May I suggest that there be calorie/fat/carb/protein totals after breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack categories.
Sometimes I like to know how many calories lunch was or a snack was, etc."

on the bottom of the food tracker page there's a button that says "See Today's Full Report." click that and a page opens that will give you the breakdown on all those totals.

That's exactly what I want to do also. The only thing that makes it easier is put a certain breakfast into food groupings, add it, then adjust (like my grapenuts breakfast today--I didn't have my skim milk, so I deleted the skim and added the 2%. It's like copy and pasting, but at least you can reuse it when you have the same salad you make.

Thanks for the suggestions! I think some of these are on our "to-do" list.

Hello

May I suggest you add an 'edit' function to the my nutrition tracker. Sometimes I just want to change the portion and the only option is to delete.

May I suggest that there be calorie/fat/carb/protein totals after breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack categories.
Sometimes I like to know how many calories lunch was or a snack was, etc.

May I suggest a 'copy' option. I'd love to be able to copy a meal or snack from one day and paste it to another day. This would enable me to easily create weekly menus for myself based on meals I've had previously.

Thank you for your consideration.

Loving sparks and its people.
