Awesome idea. That would put me just below 200! Yippee....I'll look into some low cal CHOCOLATE desserts for my treat. And a new pair of jeans. LOL

Loving this idea. 10% would put me at 194. That's a great goal way to break it down. My goal for that will be a new outfit for the girls weekend away in March. That is another motivator for me is that girls weekend away.

Hi All. 10% at this point for me would be 19 pounds of weight loss. When my body reaches this milestone I want to have a chocolate body wrap at Hershey Park. No calories right? Stay focused and reach for your spark......Gloria

My first goal by Easter is going to be to get to the weight at which 2 years ago I began the transformations program - 223, so about 24 pounds to lose. THis was the heavist weight I thought so now I have been soooo much heavier I would like to get their by Easter and then we will work on another goal from their, hopefully under the 200 lb mark!

I am suggesting "2008 Independence Day Challenge".We get rid of the excess weight by stating our goal, and focusing on loosing 10% of our weight until we get to our goal weight. We will reward ourselves for every 10% loss. We will celebrate and encourage each other daily.Join us and see the pounds melt away. m Lileth
