Sorry, all the optional nutrients will show up as a single total at the bottom of the tracker, for now at least. You can see the amount of fiber in each item by looking at the full daily nutrition report.

OK - now that is answered. I changed my Nutrition Tracker to track my fiber intake but is there a way I can get it to show up on my food log rather than at the bottom of the screen? It would be nice to see it broken down like carbs, fat, protein, per meal.

You can enter the nutrition info for the items in your meal directly into your tracker as a food group, without the cooking instructions, and then save it so you can add all the info with one click the next time you eat it. That would save the time of going to the recipe program and having to provide the instructions as well.

| Sometimes it would be nice/helpful to be able to enter a meal eaten but not have to enter all of the recipe into sparkrecipes to count it.
