| Oh, by muscle group is an excellent idea!!!! I alternate upper and lower body, so set up like that would be great.

Yes, it does. That would be nice for those that do different muscle groups on different days. I understand why they won't right now, but I used to do arms one day and legs the next.
Now,I do them together, which reduces time at the gym (which surprised me), but some folks still prefer to break it up. I also think it would be nice if you could tell the generator just arms or just legs, etc.

| I think that is a great idea. And if implemented, I would like to be allowed to schedule strength training on consecutive days, rather than forcing at least one day in between. Does the SP generated plan still make you choose non-consecutive days? I hated that!

| I totally agree with this. I think this would really help.

I currently track my cardio in the Fitness Tracker and like that it shows scheduled days.
Since I don't use SP generated strength plans because I work out at a gym, it doesn't let me set/schedule days for strength training. It would be really nice if I could schedule my strength training regardless of whether or not SP generates the program.
Thanks.
