Use all the tracking tools available to you. I try to read as many articles as I can and have learned a wealth of information. Scan the boards for inspiration and keep sharing!!

There is alot of information on here, for sure. For now, start with the Nutrition tracker, and log your food and water daily. From there, start logging your cardio activities in the Fitness tracker. Once you get used to logging on every day, check out the articles that interest you, and start using the message boards. Teams and challenges are a great way to get motivation and support. Don't try to do it all on the day you start. You can learn along the way.
