Given the choice between those two, use the serving size. Just make sure it tells you how much one serving actually is, and make sure you weigh how much you're eating so you know how much of a serving you're having.

Personally, if it's something where I'm not going to be eating the whole thing I always put the nutritional values per 100 grams in my favourites. That way, whenever I eat that food in the future, I can just weigh how much of it I'm going to eat and add that number of grams to the daily log.

If though, it's for something like a one-person microwave meal (not that I would have that very often!) then I will simply enter the nutritional details for the whole meal as I know I'm going to eat the entire thing at one sitting.

This might help...when you select the Add A Food tab on your daily nutrition log, a window pops up to do a search which you have obviously already figured out. You will notice a line of text [in RED] which says Enter a Food Not Listed. Select that line and another window pops up for you that is a form to enter all of the package information from your product. Once you have it all entered, scroll back up to the top and select SAVE FOOD. It will then cycle for a moment and the Add A Food window comes back up. If you look toward the bottom of this window it will be checked Add To Favorites. So when you click the add food it will automatically be added to your favorites list. Then next time you use that product go to your Favorites Tab and select it from there. Good luck and CCONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss!!! Good Job!!!

I purchase Albertson low fat vanilla yogurt and I was wondering how I can add it so I can put into my favorites. I use it with my smoothies, I also use it for breakfast sometime with Kelloges All-Brad in it, which I hear makes it much better for you. I see that you have yogurt but I did not really see anything low fat and vanilla.

I have also lost 11 lbs since I have been using this site, even though I might not be 100 percent faithful. I love the recipe section it has really helped.
