how about articles on different foods and their vitamin content

| I think I found a temporay solution. Do you remember the condition centre articles we used to read and get points and they were withdrawn after a while? I read them now and starting credits from them but it is kind of irregular. Today i was given credit twice and yesterday it was just the one, an article to read and get a credit nonetheless

The world is full of nutrition articles, why stick with what SP has to offer? Health magazines and -portals have plenty of articles to read, and there are lots of other health-oriented websites out there.
It would in fact benefit you to read articles from other sources, since SP articles tend to be generic and not geared towards specific goals (such as runners, bodybuilders, team sports, specific diets etc.) that you may have.

| Wow -didn't think that was possible lol. I get sad that I can only read and get points for 3 articles a day. Now I see why that is the case...hehe.

Hi Sunshine!
Eventually you will run out of those articles of course but the good news is that once a week in your email from spark you will usually get three articles that are newly generated to read. I was disappointed when I got to down to the last articles to read until someone pointed out that I had been here a long time ...over six months to have gotten to that point in daily reading..so kudos to you for going strong and reading the articles...you have definitely been with the program a while to have started running out of articles...now it's fun to see what the inbox brings!!!

I have run out of articles to read in the motivation fitness and wellness areas. Even the nutrition part has only a couple left to read.
Any solutions?
