The thing with any calorie tracker for exercise is that it can't tell what intensity you're working at. I play tennis and according to this site an hour's tennis works off about 500 calories. Well, it probably does if you play a solid hour of fairly competitive singles tennis. But I just knock about with a friend, and probably for 15 minutes of that hour, we're standing at the net chatting. So to make sure I'm not overestimating, I always log in about 2/3rds of the time I think I did (ie if I was on court for an hour, I tell the site I did 40 mins) as I think that's probably closer to the truth!
