Hi, here's how you can see that (I started tracking mine too!):
From your start page click on "change" next to how many calories you should consume per day (it's on the left side under 'My Goals'.
On the edit nutrition goals page, click on "add another nutrient to track". Scroll down until you see FIBER.
Add the recommended amount you want to be between (I have 25-35 for fiber, but you can enter whatever you want.
Click "Save your changes" and you should be good to go. The fiber totals will show up at the bottom of your "My nutrition" page for each day.

I would like to be able to see the sum of my fiber intake for a day, just like I can see fat, carbs, and protein. So far, I haven't found a way to do so. If anyone knows how to do that, let me know. Otherwise, I want to make it a request for future updates to the site.
