I would love a Cardio Plan. Let's hope and pray one becomes available. I am once again starting from day one. I started the week off by walking every day and posting my nutritional intake. Awesome. Then it struck me I need to burn 217 calories a week and am struggling to put together a plan that doesn't mean walking all day. Low impact stepping is one of my choices. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks folks.

| I would really love to have a way to have a cardio plan, like the strength training plans. I would like to be able to add "aerobics class" for Tuesdays and Thursdays, and then check it off when I do it-or not if I don't. If I could add a routine activity like this without having to do it repeatedly, it would be a great help! If there is a way to do something like this, please let me know!
