THEN YOU SHOULD TRY PLAYING IT WHILE WORKING OUT, OR JUST AT YOUR DESK IF YOU SIT FOR MOST OF THE DAY LIKE ME, THIS WAY WHEN ONE OF YOUR FAVORITE SONGS COME ON YOU WILL START TO MOVE THOSE LITTLE MUSCLES YOU DIDN'T KNOW YOU HAVE. START WITH YOUR FAVORITD CD.
