I want to post this url for a walking program "Walk across America with about.com, that is free to our walking club but not sure I can do that. Wanted to check with the higher beings here first :)Oh by the way would love to have a database where everyone can see exercise results. Walking, weight lifting, Machines, etc...that would be kewl!
