I think it'd be kinda neat if Sparkppl.com would add a little section at the bottom of your "my fitness" or "my nutrition" section that says *NOTES* - Just so you can make note of how you feel that day, how you feel about how you ate/or exercised that day... or just thoughts in general - - then you could view your notes anytime just like how you can view a full "report" for your nutrition or your fitness for a week/month.
-This would be great because if you're having a bad day or got off track you could look back at a day you had a 'note' of motivation for yourself, or just look back at a day where you did really well!
-Just a thought - - Is this confusing to you - or does anyone else agree?
